👉 How much does it cost?

You can start your 7-day free trial now. After that, it is £59 per month with a 3-month minimum commitment.

👉 Do I need to be peri or post menopausal to join the membership?

No, you don’t. Many of the women in this space are, but I work with women in their early 30s right up until their 70s!

👉 Do I need a gym membership?

No, you don’t. There are home workouts using bodyweight, but having a small selection of dumbbells is handy.

👉 Can I cancel anytime?

There’s a minimum 3-month commitment because real change takes time. Imagine how different your life will be if you fully commit to YOURSELF for 3 months with the right support and accountability. After that, you can cancel with 30 days' notice.

Hey, I’m Chrissie, AKA The Mum Boss. 

I’m here to help you navigate menopause and beyond and create the life you have always dreamed of. 

I entered peri-menopause at the age of 36 (although I didn’t know it), and I felt like I was completely losing who I was. 

Once I realised what was happening to me, I started researching and finding ways to help me navigate this time of my life...   

I soon realised that I didn’t need to try to get back to the me I was in my 20s and 30s, but instead I needed to RISE into this era of my life and take control. 

And so The Mum Boss Method was born.  

Using The Mum Boss Method, I help women just like you to be their fittest, healthiest, sexiest and sassiest versions of themselves. Body, Mind, Life.

It is my mission and purpose in life to help you feel amazing in your body and in menopause.
